This essay poses the question of the kind of influence film-text can receive and impose when it comes to specific political events, societal factors or generally admitted ideas. Whether it may serve as propaganda, or, on the contrary, as a means of contestation, film-text can be a powerful political and social vehicle of ideas. This study specifically focuses on animated film and how this specific form may be an efficient barer of ideology.
