Digital painting gallery

After practicing and studying plastic arts and free-hand drawing for over 10 years, I taught myself the basics of digital art using software such as Procreate to apply my analog drawing skills to the screen.

With a specific interest for portrait drawing, I managed to create my own style for characterisation, and came up with my own process for colouring - using art software colour tools to sample the palette from already existing images (usually relating to album covers of songs I might be listening to while painting).

My course in Film and TV also gave me a specific interest for how lighting works in still images, which gave a specific emphasis to light in my own work.
